This is an oc i made based off of @Kaboom-Dodgylery and his SBOTs. This is SBOT Cogitandi. She is an SBOT child that suffers from a disability, so she needs to move via a walking thing that is controlled by her mind. She has psychic powers, with them being powerful enough that her thoughts manifest into words around her.
