Story --> Player looked at the death screen on their computer, grinning brightly with the adrenaline as they loaded their save, their sprite having a grin on it, as they jogged back to the center of the hall. Their knife clutched in hand, seemingly not bothered by the fact they had died. “Immm backkk!” Player called through the corridor, as Hazel stood behind a pillar, her eyes looking to the zoned out KAWN. Shoot. That isn’t good Hazel made sure KAWN was out of Player’s sprite sight. She paused looking back over to Player “Did ya miss me?~” Player taunted, still looking throughout the hall. Hazel gripped her knife, teleporting next to Player and slashing down, Player slid to the side, chuckling. “Looks like ya did miss me! …Literally.” Player said, still chuckling as they dodged Hazel’s second knife slash. A second person chuckling as KAWN slid into the battle again. Seeing the look of slight confusion on Hazel's face he shrugged. “Whaat? It was a nice joke.” He said, before slashing at Player using his blades. “Pfft- Glad you liked it!” Player said, blocking KAWN’s attack. A shadow came from behind one of the pillars, slashing a few times aimed at Hazel. Hazel quickly dodged out of the way with ease with the first slash trying to pinpoint the new attacker with a determined look on her face as she avoided the second one, barely evading the third before a solid hit landed onto her arm. [ Alert - 12 HP depleted. ] Hazel winced, she looked at the slash wound on her arm glancing to her alert that appeared within her sight, trying to catch her breath as she looked up to the person who had landed a hit onto her, “HEY- MYSTERY GUY- WHO THE HELL ARE YOU??” Player shouted, scoffing and grinning at the sight of KAWN being stuck in a black and gray bubble, injured. “THE ONE TRYING TO HELP YOU LIVE-” The newcomer shouted back, Hazel used this time to back away, and catch her breath, observing the newcomer who oddly looked similar to KAWN. “I KNOW THAT BUT WHO-??” Player said, running over to Hazel and attempting to get behind her to attack her, “Also- Nice attacks man!” Hazel barely dodged out of the way, her stamina low compared to Players and now the newcomer. “THERE'S- NO TIME FOR THAT-” He said, quickly coded up two Gaster Blasters that aimed at Hazel and fired, both hitting her as she was thrown against the wall by the blast, momentarily losing consciousness, as a similar black and gray bubble appeared around her. “Alright, don't attack them anymore.” The newcomer said, Player groaned a bit, first this dude came in stealing their spotlight and now he said they couldn't attack ‘em? Man this was a scam. Not that they were complaining though. “Awww, Why noooottt?” They groaned, slumping forward for a moment before standing up straight. “Not ‘now’” He said, a sly mischievous grin on his face. “Oooo?? So later?” Player inquired. “Yes.” The newcomer looked over to Hazel who was trying to bandage her wound since she wasn't being attacked and due to quickly regaining consciousness. “But now these are just ‘other people’. Later would cause more chaos.” He thought to himself. “Alright Alright, nice-!!” Player started before pausing “Anyways now that we have a bit of time. Who are ya?” The newcomer smiled, turning to face Player. “Name’s ‘KAWN?’” He mentioned, “ ‘KAWN?’ ay?? Well, I’m Player!” Player said, a small giggle escaping their lips due to the excitement that was in the air, energy and adrenaline running through them. “Player, neat. ‘Pleasure to meet ‘cha too.” ‘KAWN?’ responded, as Player nodded, “Soo.. Where’d ya even. Y’know, come from… and why’d ya help me?-” Player asked. A smug grin slowly emerged onto his face, before stating. “I will answer one of those questions, but not the other.” Player giggled again. “Aww, No fair.” They commented “Ehh, anyways. Why’d ya help me ‘KAWN?’-??” Player then asked leaning on one of the pillars, “So you see, Chaos.” ‘KAWN?’ plainly said, “Mmm, makes sense.” Player commented, while twirling their knife, as they turned their head to look at KAWN who was trying to get out. A shaky hand reached out to the code, trying to access the files of the bubble he and Hazel were both trapped in. Player paused for a moment before their eyes dimmed a bit, their head tilting down a bit, the small details catching Hazel’s eye as she looked to KAWN, seeing his struggles. ‘KAWN?’ slightly frowned for a moment, watching before turning his head to Player, and perhaps his ally.
