(READ THIS!) Shin Akuma is a secret character in Street Fighter Alpha 2. The SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System) version is incredible in technical terms, with the main roster intact, and even had two of the secret characters, Classic Chun Li and Shin Akuma. Sf Alpha 2 on the SNES has some issues, like some missing animations and loading (loading is unusual for a SNES game). But other than that, it's a great port of SF Alpha 2, even though you will want to play the Playstation or Sega Saturn ports. Or literally any other version. Now, the thing you've been waiting for: Shin Akuma on the SNES. Now, how is this secret character so important? Well, he was assumed to be excluded from the SNES version, unless you had a Game Genie or Pro Action Replay. Now, a few years ago, a hacker reverse engineered SF Alpha 2 for the SNES, and found out how to unlock Shin Akuma. Here's how: Step 1: Write initial first place "KAJ". Step 2: At title screen, player 1 press START in arcade mode, player 2 quickly hold LXY+Start till player select screen. Step 3: Player 1 select Akuma while holding start.
