a little joke me and oofish had, meet hubert! the definitively best color in the world. i decided to make an asset for them because i'm so silly! hubert comes from an odd planet where color theory seems to not apply. their appearance in color viewer voting can be explained by a rift opening, and hubert happened to fall in. so in other words, hubert is technically an “It's Time" character, however isn't important to the story.
