As of October 6th, the Noggin website has changed into something ominous. There's a big chance that Noggin is coming back. This is my prediction of what the branding might be like. Despite this, I have many questions. Will Sesame Workshop be involved or will Paramount still have full ownership? Is it a TV channel or streaming platform, or maybe just a PlutoTV channel? When will we get more info? Only time will tell.
