If you see someone having a seizure you should: 1: Catch them while they’re falling (if possible) 2: Lower them to the ground and put something soft and flat under their head 3: Time the seizure 4: Call 911 especially if the person never had a seizure, they had hit their head and injured themselves while falling, the seizure lasted longer than 5 minutes, and/or they have another seizure after the first one.
