Carter, once a beloved Scratcher, he was a friend of @WintieWuskie and me. We all give our hearts out to those who grief to this day about him. ;(
Please support him. He suffered cardiac arrest and had died because of it. His birthday was actually coming up, on Oct 18. Almost 14 years.
