"Don't ever remove the t from the word boot, scariest stuff I've ever seen." my good pal said. "Haha! Sure it is..." in this moment, I have never been more terrified in my life. But... I used "it" to refer to a t less "boot", didn't I? And if you remove t from it... it becomes I. And if I is the self... that means that the true horrors would come from within. A realization only Shakespeare could have written, perhaps? Wait... Shakespeare? He's a literary genius! The best in the world! Countless monkeys slave away on their typewriters trying to match him, and they still haven't! But, if Shakespeare is so good... Wait, it all makes sense now! Shakespeare wrote English! This was all intentional! But wait... didn't Shakespeare... come AFTER English? He did, didn't he! 1564 comes a lot after 5th century AD! But this means that... Shakespeare was a time traveler! Or, IS a time traveler! Wait... this writing style... it reminds me of... "Random". But, wait, i'm Random! Axorandom! Does this mean... Of course! I knew it all along! He stole my works and time traveled back in time to publish them! I know what I must do now: invent another Time Machine and travel back in time to publish my works before he can! People will say things like "Wait... Axorandom? He's a literary genius! The best in the world! Countless monkeys slave away on their typewriters trying to match him, and they still haven't! But, if Axorandom is so good... Wait, it all makes sense now! Axorandom wrote English! This was all intentional!" But wait... wouldn't Shakespeare just go back further? Go back to a time farther than the one I've went to? Then, I must go to the DAWN OF TIME! And there, me and Shakespeare will meet. And we shall duel. Truly a story of destiny. Truly a story of ambition. Truly, a story of inevitability. Truly a story of... Madness. In our fervor to beat each other, neither of us realized the scope of what we were dealing with. There is no "Dawn of Time". There is only "Time". There will never be an end, and there certainly won't ever be a beginning. And, there definitely won't be anyone to realize how futile our pitiful rivalry is. In our attempts to reach the beginning of it all, we unraveled an endless cycle of despair. There is no light at the end of the tunnel. This is a story of Shakespeare. This is a story of Axorandom. This is a story of hopelessness. We are insignificant, now lost to the start of time. But you aren't. Please, don't be like me. Please, don't be like him. Take my story as a warning. Never challenge infinity.
