The rules are simple, design a thumbnail for PCFE. The thumbnail must include at least one of these characters: Fuwatti Tinky Winky Wenda The Boiled One Baldi 2011X Twisted Dandy The 3 best thumbnails will be added to the game, and the people who designed them can add 1 of their OCs to PCFE. Everyone else will be added into an art gallery in PCFE.
People who don't have to do this (unless they want to): @TheEpicGamingMan312 because I tested this idea out with him. (also he hasn't said if he wants any of his OCs in PCFE yet) @GoobityGoober because I'm already adding SX to PCFE.
