It was actually a formula for changing organic lifeforms into a powerful space gasoline, but it was incomplete due to a certain component not being utilize to make the transformation permanent. Yohan chose not to put the component in due to the criminal not paying him. Although Yohan remains difficult of telling the GPG cadets where he put the missing component, the team track down Arabella and Libby to attempt to use them to find it, even though Arabella continues to have problems in bringing Libby under control. With the scientist mocking her attempts, Arabella places a bet with Yohan. If they can't find the missing component and keep it out of Rhi-Junk Rhino's hands, he'll go free. After giving Libby a scent of the blue liquid chemical, Libby tracks it down to an abandoned lot, which Arabella begins to dig for. Though Yohan continues to mock their effort, Arabella continues to believe that Libby's tracking was on the mark, remembering the prior incident where it found the best oil from the store. Arabella continues to dig with some help from Cleery, as the rain closes in. If you wish to appear in this project, you can do.
