He transforms into an F-15 fighter jet though it isn't exactly the best disguise due to its colors. Starscream is Megatron's second in command and is in charge of the Seekers, the Decepticon's air force. He is cunning and a master manipulator and strategist. Starscream is also a bot with a massive ego and secretly thinks that he would be a better leader than Megatron.
