My newest RP LORE: The Black Plague did much more damage to us than it did in real life. IT completely wiped out humanity aside for a few specimens scattered in every country that existed in the year 1372. Can you restore the world? Or will humanity stay dead? Lore; After the Black Extinction, a group of survivors hailing from the former city of Carthaga, Palermo and some from Malta, a largely isolated Island, united together for economic prosperity, increased protection and also something to have in coming, (Reason why so big is because there is now where really to go, they'll take some of North Africa and Greece and other then that nothing else.) Religion; Nationalist Christianity (Pretty much Christ will return every century and that everyone should be baptized in his holy name, those who are not should leave or have little rights. ) Economy; Heavily dependent on sea-trading, very good at raiding as well. Good at agriculture with high product cheeses, wheats and bread. They do have their fair share of premium spices and sugar. There is a good lot of naval might within Palermo and Carthage, both of which are the capitals, one of the Italian Assembly and of the Carthaginian Assembly, both independent from one another but all work in harmony. Culture; Blend of Greek, Roman and bits of Carthaginian. Using loud trumpets, war drums, etc in their music. Population, less than 50,000 throughout, mostly concentrated in the countryside where manors ruled by barons run, they respond solely to the Grand Regent 'Michael I' Goals for expansion; Rule over Libya, Berbery Lands, Sardinia, and Athens.
