In my AU, all of my supporters/glazers work for a company named AlphaBeta's Controversy Department, or ABCD, where we do controversial things (like shipping) to stop the bad users, and then hang them up on the wall in HQ's basement. You can call our number, tell us a bad user, we'll track them down, and we'll put them up on the wall.
