MY TAKE NUMBER 2: I agree with you once again. My friend (llost) was banned (for lord knows how long) by a bunch of people who don’t know how to de-escalate a situation while also simultaneously not knowing how to ignore someone who is obviously rage baiting. Like seriously. this all started from one person who decided not to just report my friends comments but instead just make an entire project ””””””””calling him out”””””””” for “”””””””his cruel and disgusting actions””””””””” He then got about 30–40 people to spam report him basically making him be banned almost instantly. I tried to protect his account and stop him from getting banned but this obviously didn’t work because of how trashy this website is. also, I’m not even done. basically, all of the good projects are overshadowed by these dumpster fire low effort generic copy paste cookie cutter platformers that are literally literally just carbon copies of each other with a slight change in the code. and the worst part is that if you make one yourself, you are basically guaranteed to get on the front page. scratch has to notice this problem. or this website might just possibly get worse. OG TAKE NUMBER 2 FOR SOME REASON: And here we are again... yet another person has been harrassed by some anrgy 5 year old who refuses to admit he made a mistake. Talking about the Nix and JG situation. At this point, JG's defaming her by accusing her of being a [person who likes kids too much]. And he had to make fake evidence to prove his point. and whenever we comment to give real evidence he does his best to make it seem like he's the good guy. It sucks. I honestly may make my summer leave permanent at this point, because scratch continues to get worse and worse. MY OG TAKE: The scratch community is a piece of BU[lldog]. Let me cook. Literally any decent, mature person on this website that has an account eventually gets reported by some stinky kid who thinks they are the center of the universe WHICH THEY ARE NOT. Take my homie Mike for example: Stupid children that he decided to clown on to show that they don’t have power over their peers reported him. He’s been banned like 25 freaking times, but he never truly deserved it. I lost my OG account because some stinky kid hates sonic oc’s and took his anger out on me. WHAT DID I DO TO MAKE HIM ANGRY?!? EXIST?!?! This website is a great place to do coding, animation, drawing, and so many other things. The only problem is the community. I’d say that it’s more toxic than League of Legends, which is a nuclear power plant. To those of you who say I’m wrong, give me one good reason that you have proof to back it up with. Until then, keep your mouth shut. OG: the scratch community is trash change my mind literally every single joke account that sinc made was reported because of 5 year olds who either wanted attention or their mother dropped them at birth. some of them even both. if you don’t understand a situation, don’t immediately report the user, goofy not only does it falsely frame the person it also wastes scratch team’s time!! that’s why scratch moderation is awful because 80% of scratch is made up of little kids who get offended over the smallest things and report anything and everything they don’t like whoever is responsible for sinc’s ban, i hope you’re proud of yourself. you definitely made a positive contribution to society.
