Other infected people are seen as the survivors, aka unchanged since they are already tattered and nasty like that as if actual apocalypse. For all they know, these people are just crazy. The instructions are to create an anthro furry character for a 'zombie' apocalypse that takes place in a universe where its people are furries and such. "I AM SEEING STUFF!" Those infected will see the un-infected as zombies and others infected as normal survivors. You can tell if they are infected if they try to violently kill you and/or they look like a homeless person as they never do that thinking the world is in ruin, which to some extent, it is.
