hi my oc really needs a redisigning and i do not know what to do with her rules keep her in that light blue color no dark blue you can use a lighter version of it no saying i am not going to win the drawing does not matter the design matters keep the wings and it has to be a cat for the main part like the head at least the body please have legs they can cross to other animals like an octopus tentacles as the tail be creative tips cross different types of animals think be creative ENTER! have fun!
