So yeah me-(CR) and my friend-(SR that is not in the picture) were stuck in the rain because our bus was late so your asking "why could you just walk?" well we could not walk because our parents did not let us and you might be wondering to "can't you just call you're parents to go and get you guys?" Well guess what the I had no Service and Internet was down...so like yeah!
