What I do: 1. I usually duplicate the legs/arms so I don't have to redo it and risk it looking wonky. 2. I usually use the line tool for both the eyebrows and mouth so that I can edit it easier if needed. 3. I don't make the eyebrows/mouths as big, and if it looks a little awkward, I sometimes choose to make the smile more like :3 rather than :) 4. I do the mouths/eyebrows thinner too. Example: You did 10 thickness for the eyebrows/mouth/eyes, I changed it to 8 for the eyebrows/mouth but kept the eyes at 10.
