Why do I say its a decoy? 1st of all its core looks off. 2nd of all his claws look of and his head is more off. 3rd: he is weaker then the original and the toilets might have gave the alliance the decoy things so titan tv man wouldn't be that weak.
+ the decoys voice is way too off to be tv titans voice. A lot of people are saying the tv titan from 77 is a fake. but in my own opinon I say its not him.
