Send any multi-animator project invitations to my profile like you've been doing before :] (I know profile comments have been wonky... I still see them I promise) I will probably ignore or decline most advertisements for projects and things that aren't MAPs though, sorry :'> Currently working on: -TGS part 7 (WIP posted) - - MAP part backlog: -IMA part 6 (WIP posted) - Other animation projects: -5000 follow celebration project
When it comes to MAPs I'm nowadays a bit particular on which ones I will join, though I appreciate and look at all invites! I'm honored so many people like my work enough to want to have it in their own projects-- really! I want to help you guys by giving some guidelines of things that may appeal to my current tastes more when it comes to working on MAP parts, as well as some information about me so my actions and preferences aren't a surprise: First of all I have to unfortunately admit that... I'm historically bad at completing MAP parts quickly. Abysmal, even. I work slowly and my motivation tends to be in short bursts followed by long crashes. Do not expect me to realistically complete a complex animated MAP part in a short time span-- It's just not possible for me right now. Depending on the complexity of the part I may request multiple extensions. That being said, if you're okay with that you can still invite me to your MAP. I will get the part done... eventually (To help ease any fears, I will tend to share the project as a WIP after some time so you can watch me work on it in real time) Now, what kind of MAPs are more likely to appeal to me? (NOT GUARANTEED) -Multifandom/Catified Fandom MAPs (YES. You might catch me in a hyperfixation I would love the excuse to express) -Sketch MAPs (Final result makes it worth it but I HATEEE doing polished lineart so getting to skip that and focus solely on movement is nice... tend to be quicker and less stressful for me to complete too) -Lineart MAPs (Sketch is immediately more appealing but I can at least skip coloring) -OC/Anything MAPs (Sometimes. Depends on my mood and the song/concept chosen) -MAPs related to my RP (PotHS) -Specific fandom MAPs (If you happen to know what I'm into and what I'm willing to draw, I'll definitely consider these) -MAPs where the characters have simple designs -MAPs with songs/concepts I love and spark my imagination (applies to all) I'm less likely to go for: -Warrior Cat MAPs (I'm sorry-- I know I used to be really into them, but my interest in the series at this time has declined significantly and it'll probably need a concept that really pulls me in for me to consider it. You can still try, though) *OF NOTE lately I'm more likely to accept MAPs for Warrior Cat AU comics I've been following -MAPs with assigned OCs (Generally don't find myself interested enough in these but you're welcome to still try) -Purely PMV MAPs (I like animating a lot, but I'm also not entirely against these) -MAPs with little direction (I can't always rely solely on my imagination so I like having a script to follow, or at least a general vibe) -MAPs with songs I don't really care for that much/don't feel strongly about -MAPs with complicated reference designs for characters (not appealing to animate) -MAPs with really short or super strict deadlines I will not be interested in: -MAPs with parts that are too long -MAPs focused around a specific fandom that I don't like -MAPs with songs I don't like at all -Drawing humans (for the most part) -Almost all "Evil" AU MAPs (turning a normally good character evil-- not the same as a character that was already a villain to start with) -MAPS that reuse or retread a concept (song+idea) from elsewhere -MAPs from people who give off pressuring or highly confrontational vibes (respectfully... if you're not a chill person in my eyes, I'm not going to feel comfortable joining a MAP of yours) And of course even if they do interest me... I will try not to take MAP parts if I do not have the time, energy, and motivation needed to complete them :>
