Move your mouse to move the dragonfly and put him in the food bowl if he is hungry. If he is thirsty put him in the middle of the lake if he is sick put im in the med. kit
The health drops slower, and the dragonfly dies if it has 0 or less health. The medikit gives the dragonfly health slower, too.
