Click on th green flag and you will see the formation of 3 patterns formed by triangles, squares and pentagons respectively.
I changed the original program so that all the three patterns are shown instead of one pattern after another. It can be improved by positioning the second and third patterns so that all the shapes can be seen, Thank you, pepetic, for showing me how to form shapes by using Scratch.
