how: background flowers: spawn clones at pseudorandom places on the x axis using very many sines of different lengths and amplitudes added together, each of which moves up by a speed dependent on size (also controlled by lots of sines), they also have a x velocity (yet again controlled by lots of sines). the flower design is made by using a white circle with four colored circles around it. there's a small black 9 in the middle of each flower btw. the big nine: the 9 was made by drawing a 9 over and over again using the comic sans MS 9 as reference for each frame. they are switched between every few frames to add a wobbly effect. why is it a gif? i made it in turbowarp. luckily i was able to construct a gif recorder that could allow me to make a gif by saving several images and downloading a zip of all the images, then going into ezgif and compiling the gif (not without sizing it down so its easier to upload).
