A leading officer from the 3rd division (A VEID spy since we have stickmen) has told the veridian government of the plan and now they may actually go ahead and execute all generals the VEID is monitoring Bredbasket but they are yet to act
you can choose if the 3rd division knows or not if not I'll just say leading general likes VI and said no and tipped them off
