This takes place in a Neutral route where ONLY Undyne and Asgore were k!lled. Toriel became the new queen. But eventually, Papyrus' constant messages, combined with the stress of being queen, and the constant negativity, caused Toriel to go ins4ne. Toriel cracks Papyrus' skull in half, burns Mettaton, k!lls Alphys and k!lls Sans. Sans, however, due to a glitch in the game, was revived. However, at one cost: Sans came back as a d3vil-like being with several features on him resembling Gaster and the Gaster Followers...
