Makes those affected sluggish and tired but nothing more) and Corrupt (She can touch something and choose whether or not to mend/heal it or to make it decay and break).
Backstory (I will fill in the redacted parts when I know what her number and section is!) ___________________________________________________ Age 10 - Her parents landed a job at the labs. Age 13 - Urbanshade found out about their job by reading their emails. She then quickly wrote down as much information as she could in her journal before hiding it and shutting down her parents computer. Age 15 - Her parents had found out about the journal and told their bosses. Age 17 - The people at the lab had asked her parents to bring her to the lab as take her in as an experiment, hoping to see if previous knowledge of the labs would change the results in mental evaluations or tests. Urbanshade was taken to the labs and officially designated as Experiment Number 0432 in Area 3C. Her parents later were commended and praised for bringing Urbanshade to the labs. Forgot to add!
