The Supervised Blueprint Transport Creation System or SBTCS was a way the Veridian Imperium could get information on how to build machinery etc (tanks guns housing etc) to planets in secluded areas. Every galaxy cluster under Veridian Control (district) had one and a back up generator in case of destruction of the main one. Over time the main one in the RMG galaxy broke down and they lost how to make everything now being stuck with salvaged materials of old VI. So now the main one on Terra for the rmg galaxy stays there barely working and rotting away with all the SBC Supervised Blueprint Creators extracted to a Veridian Computer as they hunt for a working one inside the rmg universe
