i saw it in a dream so i made it
it's based of of the remnants of toy chica (i made it from the dream i had) it was the strangest dream i will probably ever have i couldn't stop thinking about it and for some reason he can electrify any thing that isn't supposed to be on his body also he's 6 feet tall
