!! feel free to remake or make your own amv in 1fps, i would love to see more of this style !! (please read the whole description if you have the time) a while back, i found @-purbleflame-'s 1fps project (the one this is remixing) i didn't think much of it at the time, considering its not a full length amv (its still great for 1fps though) then, @nieuu released a project that was in 2fps (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1064709009/) on that project, @justahuman3 commented something along the lines of "the effect this creates is really cool, its just enough to look like movement but also not" this is very true, the motion in that project is strange but amazing after i real that, i was thinking: what is the lowest fps i can go with it still looking like motion? thats when i came back to @-purbleflame-'s project i noticed that using as least frames as possible helped with the trippy effect created by the extremely low fps one animation technique that has rarely been used in low fps amvs is smear frames, which can also help you to use less frames so i decided to make my own 1fps amv with smear frames (though not every movement has smear frames) i think it turned out pretty well for what it is music: the neighbourhood - sweater weather
