year: 2000 -EARTHX is an RP that is placed in the year of 2000. Members can only use technology from 1980s or 1990s. There are 4 continents. Dominia, Astaka, Zanita, and Laska. There are 3 oceans. The Kozka ocean, Vaznik, and Ozana ocean. Every country must at least have 250 million. -I will choose the map for everyone. Some might get medium size countries, some will get huge countries. Nuclear weapons are allowed but only less than 50. Nuclear weapons will be nerfed to be less strong as usual. Everyone will have their own territorial waters as well. Organizations and alliances are allowed? -There will be regions to decide different ethnicities. Every country should have lore with back stories like previous (invented) wars. -every member should look at the geographical map to look at how to place cities or where to invade another country. Also, all types of warfare is permited. -some countries placed in the volcanic plates will get affected by volcano eruptions, earthquakes, etc. -RULES: -NO ARGUING -all powerful weapons are nerfed such as nuclear weapons, gasses, etc. (very powerful weapons) -if war starts between 2 or more people, they all have to be make a project about the war.
