Ideology: Total Anarchy Backstory: The New Chaz, or the New Capital Hill Autonomous Zone was named as such because of the small rebellious zone that revolted from the United States during the distant time of Covid-19. These New Chazians identified with the pure anarchy that the original Chazians implemented during their small rule years and years ago. Since Seattle was a target during the Final War, the entire area is totally obliterated. Some HUMANS did survive though, and they decided to create a society with no laws, no taxes, no rules, and no governments. Where the old minorities of the "United States" are made the greatest, and the old majority, is pushed down and suppressed. The capital is the center of the district, and this is where most crimes and coups occur. They speak English, are human, and there is no currency. People steal cheat, and gangs rule the area. People who originate from the district are given total citizenship and have the right to leave and stay. Unfortunately, those who weren't originally from the district are brutally kept out. It is a true staple of how all order and law can be lost in the right conditions.
