Instructions

The history of Haven is a long and complicated one from native peoples to invasions, to colonization, to martyrs, this nation has had a lasting impact on the world nonetheless. ____________________________________________ Pre-colonization Era Before many of the nations you see today were named, Haven was a monarchy, with the classes consisting of three people, the monarch or 'true-blood', the 'herd' or the regular everyday workers, and the 'bugs' enemy warriors captured and spared but forced to work for the rest of their lives. To this day the rulers of Haven have always been true-bloods and have always been planning military stratagems throughout their lives. From what we know, the first-ever Havenian ruler was named "Yintaq" ____________________________________________ The Purge ---------------- The Purge is a largely debated and poorly documented event in history. At this time, the Havenians were advancing in metallurgy, developing steel weapons to replace iron ones. However, they faced invasions from the Second Scratch Empire (SSE), which launched aggressive attacks that resulted in the deaths of thousands of native Havenians. Ultimately, these military campaigns succeeded in colonizing the region, forever changing the lives of its inhabitants. _____________________________________________ The Movement --------------------- This event was previously covered in an old project, but we have uncovered new and fascinating evidence. The Confederacy of United Lloyta—what Haven was called at the time—split from the SSE in 1563. It rejected the semi-democratic government of the SSE and instead established an absolute monarchy led by a singular general. Initially, we were unable to identify her name, but we have since discovered that it was Mother Abigail Haven. She is the direct ancestor of the current ruler, Hope Hevan (S_G), and she played a crucial role in reclaiming our lost continent and culture. ____________________________________________ August Hevan --------------------- August Hevan made history as the first monarch to decline the throne, choosing instead to embrace a life of tranquility and personal fulfillment. His unexpected decision to step away from the responsibilities of rulership plunged the nation into a significant crisis of succession, leaving the kingdom in a state of uncertainty about its leadership. Despite the political turmoil surrounding his abdication, Hevan devoted his intellect and resources to scientific pursuits. In 1786, he achieved a remarkable breakthrough by developing an interdimensional wormhole. This innovative technology not only revolutionized the understanding of space and time but also played a crucial role in enhancing Haven's military capabilities, leading to advancements in the nation’s weaponry that positioned it ahead of its contemporaries. ____________________________________________ The Civil War ------------------- After August refused the throne, a crisis ensued in which various groups resorted to terror and crime to seize power. The nation fell into chaos following August's assassination, as he died without an heir. This sparked widespread panic and hysteria among the people, who speculated that he had hidden something of great importance. Their suspicions were confirmed when the 邪悪な悪魔, or "Evil Demons," defeated the 8月の軍隊, or "August Army," at the Battle of True Kings Field. During this confrontation, they discovered a young boy studying the Art of War. He turned out to be the son of August and an unnamed woman, known as Abbott Hevan, but he would later be referred to as "The Savior." Abbott was named after Abigail and surrounded himself with the most trusted, brilliant, and tactical minds available. When his father's estate was attacked, he managed to fend off the attackers single-handedly by laying mines. However, despite his efforts, the invaders ultimately won the war and reformed the nation into TUCOUL, a highly right-wing and malevolent regime. The Savior gathered nearly a million men and prepared for an attack. He developed high-powered rifles with near-zero recoil that were fully automatic, as well as body armor capable of withstanding impacts from high-caliber rounds, protecting the wearer from injury except from blunt force trauma. During the assault on the capital, he was captured by the enemy leader, referred to as the "false blood," who was staging an act of false friendship towards the public. In a moment of deception, when the two embraced, The Savior detonated a grenade, sacrificing himself to save Haven. Before he died, he expressed his final wishes: for the country to be named T.U.T.O.H (The United Territories of Haven) and for his son, Hope Hevan to inherit the throne.
