If a NB is not rectangular shape, Separate it to Layers. Ex. When a shape is 1C + 3C + 5C + 7C + 9C + 7C + 5C + 3C + 1C, it will be 9 layers. b. If a NB is a rectangular shape, Use only 1 Layer. Ex.
