This project is now closed. You can no longer enter The Scratch Rising Stars is a singing series where anyone can enter. One will be named "The Rising Star". Just wait and see... Welcome to the signups. PLZ READ RULES OR YOUR ENTRY DOESN'T COUNT! Say "SingSing" if you want your entry to count and if you read all the rules. Rules: For the song: 1. Pick a song! It can be anything: pop, classical, rock, country, religious, songs your wrote, anything! No bad words please and must be at least 30 seconds. You can sing the whole song. 2. Don't use apps where it is possible to edit your voice. No songs with karaoke where someone is already singing in the song. 3. You are allowed to use back vocals. Just say so in the credits. For groups: 1. The limit amount of people in your group is 4 people. You must know each other to be in the group. 2. If you have someone in the group who doesn't have a scratch account on scratch, tell it in the notes and credits. You are allowed to have your friends in the group but say so in the notes and credits 3. Name your group if you are one! For the project: 1. You can change the design in some way but don't change the "Scratch Rising Stars" ribbon and the microphone. 2. Be respectful to other entry and your own entry too! 3. If you want a specific judge keep it to yourself (see "For the judges: Rules" for more info) For the judges: 1. After June 17th the judges will look at all entries and will choose their team members. The limit amount of members is 10 people. 2. If you get more than 1 offer choose wisely. Once you choose that judge there's no turning back! Don't choose by popularity level or some scratchers you know are in the team! 3. Before the deadline look at the entries and say "Yes" if they do a good job, or "No" and give a reason why.
