For me, i only care if the person KNOWS that they did something wrong- dramas in general. I try my best to be calm and tell people that its fine that they might’ve “ messed up “ and if they do it again, it isn't a mistake anymore. If they do it again, REPORT them, BUT there is NO need to not forgive them. If its something SUPER bad, i’d understand why you wouldn't want to forgive them, but if they're like “ I understand i did something wrong or bad “ then you can forgive them. But you do you. I don’t control you in ANY-way, but this is just my advice, and opinion- from the title.
