It will include the Earth Realm which is our strongest connection, then the Spirit Realm next to our layer. Then to the other side is the Internet Realm. So we have a bit of connection to both Internet and Spirit realms when we're in our native realm, Earth. If we connect to the spirit realm, we are nearly completely disconnected to the internet realm and vise versa. For realms being the spirits, that's to be found out.
