Update: Okay, ignore my whole theorism on who it could be, it's totally Shinningstream. If you look at the intro it shows him, then a couple flashes, then a blue silloette of Tansysong. So yeah, it's totally him. There's also a lot of evidence, like how he would be able to give Moonpaw dreams (as he is a part of StarClan), and how someone else is going to be killing his bugs.
