The system I came up with is called the Scratch Power Meter which tells us that 100 Power is 100% of an average humans power. Put your OC’s to compete with power against s571718. They should not be too powerful on their first phase but they do have to get more powerful with each phase which is the whole point of the power battle. You can either use your own existing OC phase or come up with one that doesn’t exist yet.
