Since I hit 100 followers and don't feel like doing a dmc here's this da rulez- 1) Make it YOUR oc PLEASE 2) Recoloring another character/scratch asset does not count (things like EXE's are fine though (To an extent)) 3) I'll get to it when I get to it, do not bother me about it I will have less motivation (Though if it's been like over a week I get it)
