=== THE BUSTER ENGINE (v3.3) === We listened, we answered-- Bass is here and ready to kick some bot in the all new Pretty Fishy Update! This project is a three-way collaboration project between myself (@retrokid104), @-SonicTheCat-, and @Lyric470. Use this engine for your wildest boss-fighting dreams! You can look inside the first sprite in the project for more detailed credits and some helpful information about using this engine in your own projects. CONTROLS: Use the arrow keys to move. Use the Z key to jump. Use the X key to shoot. Use down arrow + Z or the C key to slide/dash. X during a Dash as Bass to perform the Flash Kick. Use the A and S keys respectively to swap weapons. Use the Q key to consume an E-Tank, refilling your Health Meter. Use the E key to consume a W-Tank, refilling whatever Special Weapon you currently have. Press Enter to pause the game. Primary controls, such as moving, jumping and shooting can be changed in the Keybinding menu. Other stages and debugging features can be found in the Debug Menu. Read the notes inside the first sprite for details. PATCH NOTES: v3.03 (Current Version) - Fixed varying glitches involving crouching. - Fixed an oversight where the player's hitbox didn't "shorten" during a slide. - Changed the Conveyor Belt stage slightly so that Bass can escape the one-tile gap. v3.02b - Fixed some minor glitches. - -17 v3.02 - Added a pause menu. - Adjusted various songs to be higher quality and loop, rather than fading out. - Adjusted the volume of various sounds and music tracks to be more consistent. - Special Weapons can now be disabled/enabled manually. By default the loadout is selected at random. - Fixed an oversight where Mega Man's "explosion effect" shared Bass' colors. - Added different colors for the "explosion effect" when using a Special Weapon. - Removed various "junk variables". - Removed Herobrine (for real this time!) v3.01 - Fixed a glitch where the test dummy didn't damage the player. - Earthquake Stuns no longer happen when sliding in 1-tile gaps. - Removed Herobrine. v3.00 - Added Bass! Shoot down enemies, or use Bass' Flash Kick to fill up the Overdrive meter. When it's full, your attacks will become super powerful! - Added two new stages, one for testing water physics and another showcasing fan-favorite "Template Man". - Improved Keybinding. - Added an additional "test dummy" that can stun you. - Fixed sliding-related glitches. - Added NPCs. - Added Textboxes. - Removed Herobrine. v2.00 (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1040139445/) - Added Proto Man! - Added Conveyor Belts. - Added Keybinding. - Added two additional "test dummies". The blue one is invincible to all weapons, and the red one occasionally shoots at you. - Fixed several glitches. - Added a dynamic weapon switching system.
