I wanted to give Roy a girlfriend since I felt like Roy by himself was a little bit too lonely. == == == == == == == == == == - Character description / Personality - A very self-centered type of bird. Came from a somewhat-rich family. Victoria is indeed Brazilian and Puerto Rican (LETS GOOO-) Before meeting Roy, she usually hid from interaction since she hated anyone she didn't know. She isn't into pokemon as much as Pro but does enjoy some from time to time. In fact she only has one Pokemon that she didn't catch. She just befriended a Dragonite out of nowhere. Roy and Victoria met is a pretty awkward story and usually keeps a secret since it was mainly Victoria that made it very awkward. == == == == == == == == == == That's kind of it as of now.
