This PL rating station decides if you can at least destroy existence itself or if you just die to air. by deciding the power level's sort of accurately, i will have to look through your projects about your oc and his phases, then i will decide where the oc's power should be placed on the chart. ill try my best to do it accurately, but you get what you get.
