During his kithood, he developed a huge crush on an apprentice known as Snowpaw. At the time, the Clans were much different. They were living in a smaller mountain, surrounded by a forest and at the end of this never-ending green maze laid a beach. Lionstar was an apprentice when the Big Migration happened. Times passed and the young tom was made deputy. His pelt was really different, as well. He served as a loyal, jumpy, clumsy deputy and never feared the worse. Suddenly, tragedy struck and Snowstar fell off the Highrock. His heart was broken and he became an isolated, battle-crazed leader. When the rouges invaded the territories, he sacrificed all nine lives for his friend, Falconstar. However, he was transformed into a new cat, an apprentice of a Dark Forest warrior. He continued his training until he was revealed by Falconstar. Shortly after that, the Great Battle struck. Both toms, Falcon and Lion, were pushed into the battle. Lionstar was slain by a rouge, but finally came back once more to serve a different purpose - to hold the Prophecy that could save the Clans. Lionstar is still on the run until this day, clinging onto the little hope that Falconstar is still alive and the Clans can live on.
