We'd attempt to bombard the enemy on the opposite side of the Rhine, messing with their supply. Then we'd try to push them to the river. We'd also bomb bridges too, so we'd attempt to capture French forces as we push them to the River. I know artillery isn't that long ranged here, so we try and use spies too. It won't be totally successful but it will make France think twice before attacking us across the river again.
