Some photos from stargazing at Manning Park, BC, Canada! Space/Right Arrow/Click to go to next image -Description- 1-2. A sky full of stars 3-6. Aurora Borealis! so many colors :o 7. STEVE, an atmospheric phenomenon, NOT the Milky Way, though it looks milky (search it up if you're unsure) 8. A cute chipmunk we found on the way :3 munching on an apple! We named him Steve :) This was actually the fourth time of the year we tried to see stars! All the other times, clouds magically appeared on the EXACT SAME DAY and were too thick to see anything :( this time we were lucky, the strong winds blew them away for a few minutes the stars were so beautiful i was crying-
Sadly, there were some clouds, otherwise, the Milky Way would be very clear and bright! We still saw some of it though, and a LOT of stars :o My dad and I took the pictures! Ow it was 1 degrees at midnight and windy, I had 7 layers on and my hands were freezing and could barely hold the camera
