The TRUE unlimited alliance:it's real finally After i get enough sign ups,i'll make a studio for y'all to be in Basically everyone gets their own universe to mess around in,no comparison,no sharing the same universe and sadly no HNMverse (although that might be for the better to avoid any sort of conflict) There'll be 2 types of PL's Applicable and inapplicable Applicable PL's are those with an applicable number,pretty easy to get one,as you start out with an applicable PL Inapplicable PL's are almost if not downright impossible to get without the right items,although very rarely,some entities do spawn with inapplicable PL's as their own base PL (examples include TKOD,TEOM and HNM's creator to name a few)
