Artemis is tall and lanky. She tends to have trouble keeping her fur in check, and it is often extremely messy in the morning. Artemis's tail and hair and fluffy bits float in a sort of wavy pattern (imagine Princess whats her face from mlp, the one who did things with the sun. The wavy things her hair did.) Her hair does get stars when the stars are out :> Personality: She is quiet, kind, dismissive, and iron-willed on the outside, but on the inside she is manipulative, and loving. Hera hates boys, romance novels, and being ignored. She likes spending time outside, being with Cassandra, hunting in the moonlight, and occasionally hanging out with her brother and his friends. Artemis is good at archery. She has little sense of humor unless she is with Cassie. It’s favorite food is nectar. Artemis thinks that she is honest and fair. Most people think that Artemis is a little girl that needs a guy in her life (she doesn’t). She believes that peace is better than war. Artemis puts their love first and herself second. She have a soft spot for does. Lore: Everyone knows that Artemis is a maiden goddess who despises males (except her brother whom she tolerates) so I was thinking- what if she was gay? So- here is a story about Cassandra joining the hunters. Cassie’s POV. :ahem: Please be aware I am not Lehigh Bardugo so my writing is going to be very flawed. TW: A CHARACTER HAS A PANIC ATTACK I yawned, blinking my eyes open to the morning sun. My mind was groggy as I got up and stretched. I froze. This wasn’t my nest. Where in the moons am I? I stood, taking a moment to regain my ground. “Hello?” I called into the pine trees, stretching high above my head. Nothing but distant bird calls were my answer. I moved forward, but only a few steps before I was snapped backwards. I fell forwards, my face landing in the warm, sun-soaked dirt. When I glanced back to see what stopped me, dark iron chains ringed my back two hind legs. My breath drew up tight, my claws digging into the dirt. My chest was squeezing in on itself, making my heart beat faster… faster.. faster, faster still. I groggily lowered my head forward the world spinning in on itself, the trees falling in, covering me, covering me so much I can’t move, my only help was screaming waiting for my father to come help me. He wouldn’t help me this time, no, no. I was here for the wolves. I felt feverish, sweat trickling down my face, I could feel the metal scorching my legs as I struggled under the trees. I had to stay in reality, I couldn’t get lost in the past, no. I was curled up in a ball, shaking on the forest floor. Distantly, I felt foot-falls. They are here, to finish me off, aren’t they. The chains around my feet broke with a loud SNAP, cool air filling it’s place. I slipped into unconsciousness. So yeah :) When Cass woke she was offered a position in the Hunters, and she joined happily. She grew close with Artemis no doubt a slow-burn friends-to-enemies-to-lovers. After a while Artemis asked her to become her girlfriend. There are old scars along her back She is very sweet and kind, but had a certain wild streak that keeps her outside at all moments possible. She was always ahead of her time. She was made ageless by Artemis (Ageless is immortality, but she can di3 from mortal w0unds). She has extreme Claustrophobia. When she was young, she was chained to a tree for the night, to learn a lesson from her father about wandering off during the day. That night a storm came and felled a lot of trees. She was buried for hours on end that night, until her father and the village woke and got her out. Fun Facts- - She has books that she brings around with her on every hunt, she switches them out every time she visits Olympus - Artemis talks to objects sometimes, especially to apologize to them. It embarrasses her every time she does it and someone comments on it.

Olympus can be found hidden in a network of caves leading to the top of a flat mountain, Mount Olympus. The Halls of the Gods can be found in the Clouds above the mountain. Most gods have their own domains, and live there on a daily basis, except Zeus and Hera who live there. I mentioned each god having a weakness, there is a list of them here: Zeus - True love’s revenge (He never truly loved Hera or any of his elopements) Hera - Peacock Feathers from her tail (The feathers on her tail are to signify true hare for another when used as quills, and true love when used in like a pillow or something. Someone has to feel either of these to take a feather from the goddess.) Poseidon - His Trident with the power of lightning infused into it, (He keeps it on him at all times, not aware that it is his only downfall. Getting it struck by lightning isn’t that easy either) Demeter - God’s death’s aftermath, (Demeter gets treats her godly friends like her plants, and tends to get extremely attached to them. This peak of pain is only minutes long. Any god-born weapon will do the trick, unless it is the pain of loosing Persephone, then any weapon will work.) Hades - True and utter loneliness/isolation, (Hades had a tendency to go in downward spirals, when he reaches the peak of this pain is when he is at his weakest. Any god born weapon will do the trick.) Athena - Chains forged of pure Night from Tartarus, (Only those who are exceedingly dumb would actually try this-) Apollo - An arrow from the quiver of Artemis dipped in liquid sunlight, (no matter what these two say, they actually get along together really well. (It smells too gross for her.) Hermes - Snake p0is0n from his staff mixed with Asclepius’s, (They are besties idk i'm tired) Hestia - Water from Calypso’s island (She’s a fire goddess, and she always felt bad for the poor girl, being stuck there. Feeling bad or pitying someone is always a weakness in the god’s realm. The water always brought prosperity, of what she is the god of, so she had too much prosperity I guess) Dionysus - A p0is0n derived of his own plants strong enough to combat the vin he is always drinking, (yeah) Gods cannot kiII other gods, only mortals have the power of kiIIing gods. Temples are very few and far between. They are set up only where the gods have visited and stood in the mortal world. You have to earn the temple in your village, or else all of your people will have to travel perilously to get to temples. It is a true symbol of power to have a temple in your village. It’s saying “Hey, I’m important enough to bring a god to my village, what did you do today?”
