The powerful wind whips my hair across my face as I struggle to regain footing. The beating rain makes it hard to see even two feet ahead. I look over only to see Lyla having the same struggles. Suddenly, I leap over a deep puddle, attempting to make it over. The second my feet leave the ground I know this was a bad idea. As soon as I make it back down, something goes wrong. I slip, causing myself to fall flat on the mud. “Ow!” I exclaim. “What happened?” asked Lyla in a worried tone, “Are you hurt?” “I don’t think so,” I reply. “That's good,” says Lyla, relieved.
