This is my second dta I’ve done, though I have a feeling this one will be much more… noticed? My other one has had no entries for multiple months, I might just take it down. Scratch kinda ruined the quality :( This will end at the end of 2024, so plenty of time but still, get it done if you enter. Also please let me know in the comments if you’re entering <3 -Rules- 1. Please use your own art. I don’t want any tracing, AI, picrew, gacha, and all that jazz. Just do it yourself! 2. Only 2 entries please, no more, you can enter for two but you can only win one. 3. Only enter if you’re gonna use the design/character, I don’t want to give them away if they’re just going to sit and gather dust. 4. Keep them dragons please, that’s how they were designed and I want them to stay that way. OC Info and details below
-1- Drizzle She/her Straight Rainwing/Seawing hybrid -Backstory- Drizzle is a three and a half year old dragonet, born and raised in the Rainforest by her mother - Pitaya. She never knew her father, for he was lost in battle while she was an egg. She is slightly mischievous and highly social dragon, knowing everyone in the tribe. Sometimes she has a hard time flying in the forest, as her tail is not like a regular rainwing. Some dragons shunned her when she was first introduced into the forest, but was soon accepted as one of the tribe. -Looks- Drizzle cannot change the color of her scales, which rest at a bluish purple and turquoise. She can change the color of her bioluminescent scales though, which she enjoys doing frequently. She has an unusually long ruff, and a shorter tail. Her talons are webbed like a seawing’s (not shown in drawing) and even her horns have a small blue tint. -2- Arenae She/her Straight Sandwing -Backstory- Arenae grew up and lives in the Scorpion Den, she left home at the age of three. Arenae is now almost 8. She sometimes contemplates joining the Outclaws, but never does. She left after learning that her parents didn’t actually care for her, seeing her as only dead weight. She thrives in alleyways and side streets, often stealing her meals but never getting caught. -Looks- Arenae is a pale brown, with hints of yellow and orange. Her inner wings are a darker brown. She has a large amount of piercings and jewelry, including multiple bracelets, many earrings, a horn ring, and a couple wing bands. (The ones that look like hairy urchins are meant to be suns btw) She is often snarky and is quick to make a witty comment. She thinks of herself as very independent, and sometimes flirts with shop owners to get what she wants. -3- Bubble He/him Straight Seawing -Backstory- Bubble is a very young dragonet, only about 1 1/2 years old. He lives in the palace with his adoptive parents. He was found by a group of guards floating along in a current, unconscious. Know one knows how he got there of how he managed to survive. He is extremely curious and energetic, he can sometimes be a bit too trusting as well. -Looks- Bubble is a dark bluish purple, with bits of cerulean and pink. He is smol but chonky, and always wears a small string bracelet. (Ignore the funny looking bioluminescent scales they look a little funny) That’s it! I really hope this gets a bit of attention, as my last one was a failure. Enjoy :D
