Click no more than ten of the essence, then press [ Space ]. The stone in the bottom right corner will turn into a RUNE. Here's the tricky part. Click the RUNE and immediately turn your attention to the FILTER at the bottom left corner. The FILTER will smash the Rune- but never let the FILTER run for more than ten seconds. Click on the filter when you're pleased with how long it's been running to get some COMPACT ESSENCE. Then you'll get a cut scene of you turning your COMPACT ESSENCE into medicine. Watch it. Then, you will get a screen that tells you what you made! You can get some serious and helpful stuff: Anti-depression Mixture Tablet of positive thoughts Pill of stress relief Focus Gummy Relaxation Fluid Or maybe you could get something that you could use at home, at a party, or just for fun: Rainbow breath Mixture (Ton of people would love that... they could just put it in a bully's lunch and be like "Yeah, breathing rainbows will pay them back and humiliate them for all they've done to us.") Tablet of troll faces (Aha! Internet trolling alert!) Pill of creativity Dance Gummy Emoji face Fluid (Phone icon on ur face! :) )
